Vision / Mission

Our History: Since 1983, Victory Ministries has served as a Christ-Centered Ministry to the needy of Central Ohio for the purpose of bringing critical emergency services to some of our poorest neighborhoods.  Tens of thousands have been helped physically, spiritually, and emotionally through the Victory Mission Food Pantry, Free Clothing Store, and Family Assistance Center.

Our Vision is to mobilize the Body of Christ to respond to the critical needs of the poor by helping individuals break the cycle of poverty, addiction, or abuse in their lives. This includes: introducing individuals to Christ and/or helping them grow in their relationship with Christ while providing tools necessary to gain greater self-sufficiency and independence.

Our Mission is to break poverty’s cycle by addressing the physical, educational, emotional and spiritual needs of “economically disadvantaged” families in Central Ohio.

Our Process: To deliver critical services to the needy of the Central Ohio community by strategically merging Emergency Assistance, Next Step Services and Training Initiatives.

Foundation Scripture:
Deuteronomy 15:11 “For the poor will never cease from the land; therefore I command you, saying, ‘You shall open your hand wide to your brother, to your poor and your needy, in your land’” (NKJ).
